Non Smoking Guest House. Located in central Stratford, we are very near to the station and just around the corner from the Birthplace. Free broadband internet, free wifi hotspot, free room safe and free parking in a nearby 'pay and display'.
The Arden Park is a character Victorian town house that was built in the 1860'S. Whilst it still retains the architectural features of days gone by, the property boasts deluxe en suite facilities in all of its rooms. Guests can be sure of a warm, friendly atmosphere in this comfortable guest house just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre. There is also a guest lounge and a patio garden. Our breakfast is an 'all you can eat' continental-style buffet of ham, boiled eggs, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, juice and freshly-brewed coffee or tea.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Check-In Times:
Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 12:00 - 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 13:00.
If you are arriving outside of the specified times, please let the house know in advance so that they can ensure that someone is there to greet you. A GBP 10 fee is charged for late arrivals.
Left Luggage:
Monday to Saturday, left luggage must be collected by 16:00.
On Sundays, left luggage must be collected by 13:00.
Smoking Policy:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted on the premises. Guests choosing to smoke must leave immediately and are charged for one extra night.
Payment Information:
A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee. When you pay your actual bill you may choose to pay by cash, guaranteed cheque or card. Cards attract a 2% surcharge,whereas cash and cheque do not. Payment is normally required at check-out. However, where check-out is likely to occur during breakfast time, payment may be requested the day before.
Single Occupancy Policy:
Where a guest has reserved a double room for single occupancy at a reduced rate, we will endeavour to fulfil their request. However, at busy times, the guest house reserves the right to accommodate the guest in a room with single beds or in a small double room. Double beds will only be guaranteed for single guests booking as 2 adults.

This room is on the top floor of the building. It is an ideal room for three friends. There are three single beds.

On Foot:
From the Railway Station:
- Take the exit road from station and walk to traffic lights.
- Turn left onto Arden Street.
- The house is situated just a minute's walk from here on your right.
By Car:
From the M40:
- Exit at junction 15.
- Take the A46 to Stratford-upon-Avon.
- At the second roundabout, take the A3400 into Stratford-upon-Avon.
- Turn right at the traffic lights with Clopton Road on your left into Arden Street (A4390).
- The house is opposite The Stratford Hotel.
If you are having difficulties, just head for the Railway Station, the house is very close to it.
Parking:
Ample parking is available in a pay and display car park across the road. The house will pay the fees for you, so just come in before parking to pick up your voucher.
